    I am very interested in this. I'm a chess addict and web nerd and have been looking for exactly something like this.

    This site require at least some job regarding improving it with new functionality, post some ads on internet, etc. So income will only grow if you will improve this website, not simple collect money from him.

    I'm not really sure who or what you are responding to, but if its me ok I'll bite.

    Yes, the site as it is now is a borderline disaster. If you're making the kind of money you state, I'm impressed because you could do almost anything to the site and make it better.

    Having said that, I see about $1000 net income per month. Even by the most generous 12x net income metric, you're looking at 12K as a realistic offer. Based on how much work the site needs to get it in shape its not even worth that IMO.
