Hey, what could you offer for a multilingual site as a CMS? As for now I am using simply different HTML files for all languages and no CMS, but I was wondering is there any VERY simple CMS for this reason? Just to get it easier to manage multi languages. Wordpress or joomla seems to be a bit too big for me

If you're looking for some way to write in one language and the user has a choice of display languages, no - it doesn't work that way. You have to write all the text, in all the languages.

If Joomla and Wordpress are too much of a problem for you, before even going the multi-lingual root, I'm not sure you will find what you need. Drupal is fantastic for the job (and has come a long way, a lot easier these days). Once you get the hang of it, thit's great for producing multi-lingual websites. Not only can it support multi-lingual content, but you can also customise the UI for specific languages too. Any choice out there is going to be trickier than typing content in MS Word and saving it as HTML though. Take the time to learn a CMS and in the end it will save you a lot of time.

Thank you for your replied, I believe I will have to go with Wordpress, as it seems the only reasonable solution.

Although Joomla has multilanguage (Joomfish component), Wordpress has plenty of language version.

Then you clearly haven't used many. It pales in comparison to Drupal, which provides a far superior experience and flexibility for multilingual content and internationalization. Wordpress has nothing to match the i18n module.
