    This is a multi user real estate network that is 16 months old. We are experiencing 95% renewal rate at this point. Residuals are starting to pay off and there is plenty of room for improvement. Anyone that buys this site will also receive any and all training that you will need in order to either maintain or advance the memberships that are currently on board.

    The site generates income based off renewals as well as new memberships. To join the site, it cost $150 a year. We also have charges for premium services that members can also purchase.
