Multi Listing under main listing at top, how do they do it ?

Hope all is well?

Ive been looking around the web and noticed some companies get multi listed under their main listing if they are listed at number one of course.

example:

www.sssssssss.com Cached - Similar pages - Note this

Car Seats - www.xxxxxxxxxxx/icat/xxxxxxxx

How do they do that, or why does google choose them and not others ?
