Multi Language Ranking Issue

    Why Google is not displaying results for Arabic url's. Suppose when we type

    وظائف في جدة
    in google.com.sa it displays English version of site name mihnati.com, as it should give results www.mihnati.com/ar/jobs-in-jeddah for this url. But Google is not fetching this url and instead rank www.mihnati.com/jobs-in-jeddah this url.

    Can any one help?
