Stupid investment IMO, he will never get a billion dollars back if he wants to sell it. The second he steps in it will lose value. Also for someone to do this only shows how greedy he is, doesn't even care about passing money down to his family when he dies, he wants to blow as much as he can when hes alive... Plus he got ripped off, he could have gotten two stadiums built with that kind of money... 27 story building? seriously? lol
I'm surprised that the local authorities let him build such an ugly building . Where did he built that waste of space and who is this guy ?

It looks total and utter cr@p it looks like a office block half finished,more money than sense comes to mind.
Is it cost $1 billion. Man, I would make $1 million home and spend $999 million on something better. And the house look ugly.
He is not someone who has won a lottery ... He is rich... And can do anything as he has got much money than people over here can think of.
even if its bad from outside its surely going to be royal from inside so its not a bad investment totaly
