MTurk - Payment Related

Hi,

I have a problem with receiving my payments from MTurk (Worker). I am from India. I have to change to my new address. But I previously signed up (unknowingly) for MTurk Requester - to test it (I couldn't use it). Now they say that once the country code in Amazon Payments is set to US, it's now not possible to change it. They ask me to convert it to amazon gift card & then delete the account & start a new one.

Is it possible to get the payment without converting it to gift card.

Sorry to say that it can't be change the address.
Its done so to prevent the $$ to be fall into wrong people hand.

Actually I had my Old Address on my MTurk A/c. First they adviced me to go to Amazon Payments & make the change. In there, I changed the "Address" field, but couldn't change the State, zip & country field. Now it shows a non- existant US address.

I am sure the address is changeable - only if you are in the US. Because I previously signed up for MTurk Requester in the hope I could use my earning from MTurk worker A/c. At that time, i had used some address from US to signup in Amazon Payments. They don't say, U can't change the address - They say, U cannot change the country code which is set to US.
