In Oct-2013 MTNL upgraded speed of all INR 599 plans in Mumbai to 1 MBPS but in Delhi this is still 512 KBPS and for 1MBPS plan we have to pay INR 999 in Delhi while in Mumbai the price for same is INR 550.... When can we expect speed upgrade in Delhi for MTNL users? Is there any news on this?
