I am looking for an easy way to create the same categories with the same ids across all the blogs on a word-press multi site install. I would like you to take the categories, category ids, slugs, and descriptions from the first wp site on my multi site install and copy them to all other sites on the install. I would also like it to copy the plugins and plugin settings to all the sites. As well as one page from the main site to all other sites.
