MSN's Behavioral Targeting

    Today i read that MSN starts Behavioral Targeting in paid search. In this
    advertisers can restrict their ppc ads to those whom MSN has identified as likely purchasers based on their Web-surfing history. MSN would create 18 audience segments based on the their history................
    Right now(since last 2 months) I m not doing PPC on adcenter but if some body is doing PPC on it plz share your views...........whether it is effective or not in PPC?
