    I'll cut to the chase:
    1. Far too long to load - but that's a call you need to take.
    2. What is this site for? I'd put a sentence or two at the top of the site...
    3. For the links - I'd stick with blue with an underline - on MSNPoint it's different colors at diff. places.

    more as I go through some more...
