    Yeah, I was worried about that as well. But I was looking around and there a many MSN avatar sites that are up and running just fine. So I don't think I should have any problems from captain dingus.

    It might be a TM issue.

    But the domain is not worth more then Mid $xx. While the TM issue can be costly on your side.

    Definitely potential TM issues which many resellers will not look past. Mid XX, high XX at best
