Well soon the battle shall start, i think google should be worried :) but as anyone knows a bit of competiton never did anyone any harm.

Who do you have as fav to win the ad battle, and who will you be using?

I think google will still lead the market, but i will deffo give the msn ads a try when there out :)

As you know, it's more than search.. it's Software. Computing and such.

MS has a huge lead, but Google is going after it. MS has branched into so many specific realms, they are kind of like the mass vertical market party going forward ?

Google has goodwill and shit thrown at Google doesn't stick well. There are as many people who would defend Google as throw shit at it. (I'll put this in parentheses here but you know/everyone knows that MS is the antethesis of geek chic).

Hmm, I thought the battle was already on for young and old. Yahoo has had their own results for what, a year now? And MSN is well and truly alive and kicking. I still see little reason to worry for Google. Their position is almighty, even an integral part of modern culture. I guess we'll see what effect Longhorn has, but that could be another year from now. It's the only real thing to worry about as far as I'm concerned.

It is who you hate more that will determine the one you like, not the one you like the best

It's not to mention that the new owner of Askjeeves is willing to fight also...probably not in the same category though.
