They are sending out invites for their YPN and Adsense type program..I think it will be called adcontent...lets wait and see if it affects us at all.
Why did you copy MediaPost? You didn't link back to them as as source. You even copied their spelling error.
LOL I will have to see if they send me an invite; however, I doubt I will switch from YPN except if MSN pays a lot larger cost per click. Does anyone have the link for MSN PPC service?
I was wrong about the name, but if you read my post you will see that I said it regarding those of us who have YPN...
More options = good. I don't think we have anything to worry about. This will hopefully be a good service to fall back onto on if you're banned from adsense.
You can get into only with invitation. If you didn't receive an email, there is no way for now to sign up.
How did they get anyones email in the first place? There had to be a place somewhere that allowed people to sign up unless they just sent out random emails to see if someone wanted to particpate in their program?
So you think it would be fine if everyone posted off topic threads in the forum that you visit the most?
Dear xxxxxxxx, As a valued partner, you may be contacted by telephone to participate in our Advertiser Satisfaction survey. The feedback received through this survey is essential to influencing how MSN products and services evolve to meet your needs. etc etc ------------------ I got that email yesterday from msn, I signed up for their advertiser beta program, a couple months back, maybe that is how they got some of the emails, for folks they want to try their new publisher program ?
IMO, posting about MSN's new contextual advertising program here is not off topic, since most folks who frequent this particular forum would be interested in the news.
