MSN doesn't do that agressive searching/indexing compared to GOogle and Yahoo. .

I usually have over 30 Yahoo Slurp bots and 2 Google Bots on my Golpo.net site..

you can now put your sitemap location on your robots.txt file, they call it auto discovery, just include this line on your robots.txt file
    Sitemap:http://www.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml

As far as I know, MSN doesn't offically support sitemaps at the moment.
No need for you to submit.Just add your sitemap link on your signature. Popular forums are frequently visited by SE bots so your pages will probably be crawled within a few weeks
Or you may check this link
