    Sign up to webmaster.live.com/webmaster and add a sitemap like in google webmaster tool

    Make sure the Sitemaps are working before you submit the sitemap.php file. Go to webmaster.live.com/. Add your site then verify it then add your sitemap. I think MSN is a bit similar to Google.
