    You should sign up for MSN Webmaster Tools at webmaster.live.com and submit it from the account.
    Another way of doing this is to add a reference at sitemap file in robots.txt. MSN, Yahoo and Google use autodiscovery protocol, so the robots will find it even if you do not submit it.
