MSN - site not showing up

I have two sites that are not currently showing up on MSN search AT ALL!

They were registered in October 2008 and December 2005.
They are being picked up by google and yahoo but just not msn?

Anything I can do to help them get picked up by MSN?

 

Have you tried submitting them?

Also link building, if MSN finds it they should add it unless you are doing anything that flags you up as spammy.

 

I thought I had already submitted them, does it matter if I try submitting them again?

1. Exchange links with another site, indexed in MSN, that is PR4 or above.
2. Submit your site to MSN at http://search.msn.com.sg/docs/submit.aspx.
3.Create a MSN account,go to http://my.msn.com. Locate the “favorites” section of the page, then click on “menu” of the “favorites” section. A drop menu will appear. Click “change details.” At that point you can enter any URL you wish and pick the anchor text you desire. Now you have a link in MSN. Should get some spider activity, quickly.
