MSN SERPs RSS For Commercial Use?

I just read the low-down and can't find any restriction to the usage.

Just wanted to confirm it with you guys.

Can a commercial website present the MSN RSS SERPs without any obligations?

I just want to display at least something when a search on our sites doesn't yield anything.

Until I get the time to do a proper re-write including the Google API, AdSense, Overture ads and aff links etc. this seems like a quick and usefull solution.

Interesting. I do remember seeing that if you used their SiteSearch utility, you weren't allowed to talk bad about Microsoft on your site. I'm sure the same kind of parameters exist for this. You may have just discovered a very useful utility.

I can't see why you wouldn't be allowed to use it.

I use Yahoo's for lots of things ;)

Now that would be telling ;)

    Just kidding...
    http://news.yahoo.com/rss

I use the news feeds as It always means the content is being updated.

Not sure if they have them for normal results...

LOL I just tried a few searches but because it's News as oppose to SERPs it tends to be all negative.

If I try a search on trampolines I get some stories about horror deaths. Not what I was looking for LOL.

"We don't sell anything that matches your search criteria but do have a look at these valuable resource about Trampolines."

Man paralysed in trampoline fall (BBC News)
LAD, 19, IN TRAMPOLINE FALL HORROR (Daily Mirror)

    :D

I'll stick with MSN for now for obvisous reasons... If only news had the tendency to bring positive stories as well it could be an option.
