   I was looking at the HTML source for MSN's Search and Win page (http://www.msnsearchandwin.com/) and found this:
   

   How is that not hidden text? The site has a PR of 7, so Google definately indexes it. Is this a legal way to spam?

   I don't think Googlebot gives any weight to HTML comments, maybe it's for their own bot?
