http://blog.searchenginewatch.com/blog/060502-164321 I'm very happy about this info. More and more competition will only make search engines better. Regards, Dilip
As a point of interest, my son says students at UBC are starting to migrate to MSN because there are fewer ads in the search engine results. He says the advertising is making it harder to get real results -- especially since the ads starting moving from just the side to the top of the results. Ironically, Google won people over because it had no ads and everyone else was chock-a-block with ads. That success created an massive advertising opportunity, which has become the driving force behind creating competitive alternatives.
