    Google doesn't "trust" your site.

You need links from highly authority site. Get some wikipedia links, edu links, old domains links, PR7-8 links, yahoo directory links.

then you probably did something 'nasty' on your site that inflict a probable penalty that exclude your site from the index.

Have you try the reinclusion request?

Using Google Webmaster tool here what i got:

    Home page crawl:
Googlebot last successfully accessed your home page on Dec 19, 2006.
    Index status:
No pages from your site are currently included in Google's index. Indexing can take time. You may find it helpful to review our information for webmasters and webmaster guidelines.

As i understand my site not indexed nor banned due to their bot visit?

Do you buy over this site recently?

You've proabably done it already but I found that www.theroundup.co.uk wasn't being listed in Google yet everyone else seemed to pick it up.
I created a sitemap, uploaded it to Google, created an AdWords account and use the free trial of WebPosition to sumbit my site to Google each and everyday. Now it turns up in the web searches again.

They wont tell you because your site is not famous enough..

This is what you should do now:

    1) Check your site for any violation of webmasters guidelines. Correct them (if any)

    2) Submit a re-inclusion request in your Google sitemap account explaining if you have just bought the domain or what are the corrective actions that you have done to remedy the situation.
