    if it doesn't work again try again with Firefox, IE gave error to me too. It shows script error and also says enter a valid url all the time with IE.

    so I tried firefox so it worked.

    It works for me.

    There's no need for it though, MSNBot finds your sites automatically if you get few backlinks.

    1. msn/live msnbot algo changed since Sep. 2006

    2. you cannot submit url .... maybe because browser keeps msn/live's old cookies and the "FORM" key
    you may try these steps
    remove cookies
    or
    block cookies
    then
    open a new browser
    search again
    tips: you may submit some other sites first.... and you see "FORM" key changed also

    3. study the the MSN guidelines may do some help

    5. there are many places can submit sites' URL
    ( note: search first then submit second... so you get a form key)

    7. msn/live have some functions may not work properly with "old IE"

    I got this problem too , but I can only first URL only it mean i can submit only one url per day
