    Nope, they use some combination of words from page.

    First few and last few.

    MSN seems to place significant importance on keywords in the URL as well. A new site I monitor with little content but important keywords in the URL ranks very highly.

    And the title is very important. I have been able to manipulate my rankings on a daily basis by changing the title slightly.
