Are things always going to be like this, or is the MSN bot indexing like crazy just because version 1.0 just came out?

Been like this for awhile. I'm not sure if it's going to stay like this or what, but Google's update is still going with no end in sight.

6,600 page requests in the last four days on a 3,000 page site.

That's actually about average for me.

G-bot grabbed 37,000 in the same time period.

I don't see any reason why both spiders shouldn't keep it up at the same rate. I mean if it is possible for them to do now then keeping it consistent will provide them with an up to date picture of the sites they index. And this is a good thing.

Funny thing I notice is that, though MSN crawls much more actively than any other SE, Google seems to index many more pages than any other SE over time.
