MSN; Google PageRank Alternative

    Just noticed MSN seem to have created there own alternative to Google's pagerank.

    They created a 5-bar indicator from within there new webmaster center

    To see this too you have to register for Windows Live account and add your site to Live Search Webmaster Center

    My website scores 5 throughout

    Any idea what is it based on? I think Google has a patent on ranking based on links/link quality.

    Are you talking about this "webmaster.live.com/" ?

    If yes, then its very old news.
