In the first week in August MSN nailed one of our sites. We dropped off the face of its serp's. I did a site:www.MySite.com and our page count was at around 100 pages. But right before then, we had over 10,000 pages indexed by MSN! This has been the case ever since and I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if anyone has any advice. It's not as if MSN doesn't see the site anymore, there are still pages showing up, but just a fraction of what was indexed before. What should we do?
Hi, According to an article on ArsTechnica at http://arstechnica.com/news.ars/post/20060912-7724.html Live.com Search has replaced the MSN Search. Perhaps your site is not indexed as much by Live.com Search. I hope that this helps.
I had seen this probs but my pages aren't dropped .. but my SERPs were dropped this is because before 4-5 days there was update in MSN.. but i aint sure about live.com Thanx
My rankings on a couple of sites went from top 3 to top 30. The sites were using the Coop Network. Anyone else?
