I have been looking at a niche and happy to see the MSN had ads in a language other than English, or French. Yet why can't I post in that language. Sorry I'm being secretive about my language of choosing. So does anyone know how these other language ads are getting there? I'm not getting to far with Adcenter support on this who swears that they dont' exist. Even when I send the url and a screenshot. Is MSN importing ads from some place else. If so how do I get on that network? Any answers would be great.
