MSN Disconnect Issues

I have Windows Live Messenger installed because a lot of my clients in Europe and India seem to have that more often than they have AIM or Yahoo Messenger. Lately, it signs me in just fine, but every five or ten minutes, I get kicked off with no warning. It is not my network, as all of my other messengers stay connected for hours and even days on end. Anyone have any fixes for this? I Googled a few different things like "disconnect issues with Windows Live Messenger" and didn't find any helpful info.

Have you tried checking your connection?

Go to Tools > Options > Connection

I never faced this problem. You might be using some proxy or you forgot to change the proxy from IE after using it.

I have experianced this at times as well. I think it is just another one of the glitches in the matrix. Troubling at times indeed, but life must go on. Try your connection status as mentioned above see if there are any errors there. Good luck.
