MSN blocking googlepages domain/subdomains

    Hi,

Today when I was looking at my stats I wonder why I am getting no visitor from MSN.Than I went to msn.com and tried site:funnyswf.googlepages.com which results nothing than I tried inurl:google it gives me alot of results. After that when I do inurl:googlepages.com

It gives me nothing which make me to conclude that they are banning googlepages.com domain/subdomains.

But when I do site:googlepages.com I see 47 results only which is alot lower than what google returns(google returns 347,000)

What do you comments on that? any suggestion ideas feedback?

    Thanks

I agree with u , i do not think they will ban all Google pages in order to make an open war with Google.

It could be possible that I am banned but for what reason? and how can I check that?
Further, I also think in the similar way as you (Firestorm) do that how can they take such war but I see how many peoples having googlepages.com subdomains are banned as the results are only few.

    haven't you checked it yourself?

Is everyone(almost majority) using googlepages banned.

Why do you use 'google' in your domain name. IMO, it'll cause you trouble in the long run.

No, you are not banned from msn. Site:domain.com returns results means that you are indexed by msn. For sub domains, you need also check like site:subdomain.domain.com in msn.

Agreed to the certain extent, however be sure that I don't use google in my domain name, I am using google free pages that is googlepages.com so when I signup I get myname.googlepages.com

hhheng, I have checked site:<mysite>.googlepages.com it returns nothing

But my point is how to verify if I am banned or penalized? and why I am banned or panalized?how to get back in? and why several other googlepages subdomains are not appearing are all they penalized?

are they penalized for being using a free host? googlepages?

I've had a couple of sites disappear from the msn index in the last few months. I've submitted re-inclusion requests but heard nothing.

I suspect they are tweaking their spam filters and as a result we're collateral damage.
