MSN Beta Engine Released

I'll be damned. I just got beta search when I went to search.msn.com. I am in San Fran, will have to check if it is up tonight and tomorrow for me.

 

I am in San Diego and it is still the old way but seems to have updated

 

still getting the new results up here in SF today.

And, yes Mike, we know you are in SD, as a matter of fact we know you are in PB, 92109.

It's a very new site and yes i've got a lot more work to do. And I want to be #1...

 

I'd be curious to see if a no.70 listing for 'travel' would get any hits from MSN, as that's what the beta is showing for us at the moment! no.200 gets a couple of hits a day from Google. Only problem with the MSN results is that they've indexed less than a 10th of the pages that Google has managed to find. Same problem goes for Yahoo! though.

 

Search for "hi-fiweb" on search.msn.com , we are listed 5th

 

search for "Tune the web to your needs" on search.msn.com and we are again listed 5th among 671767 matches

scrolling down, the second pic doesn't show. Coming up with one of those nice 'image missing' icons.

 

It's showing at your end GG cause the image is retrieving it from your hard-drive directly instead of your server.

 

Geez I must need a break, over 6 years of building websites and I have never had this happen before.
