Also my stats tracking system just shows 5 clicks through the link.

I paused the ads and they are running after many hours.

They charge more than max. CPC. WTF

Frankly I never expect any account management for SEM to be perfect. But Adi this shows that there is something big bad at MSN AdCenter ( or may be....). Its just get me feel that no one at MSN has ever run a medium to large size SEM campaign.:D

That sucks. You should be able to get it back, but that's a terrible bug in their software.

It's a seriously bad PPC programme.

Even the software behind it is poor.

For example, when I go into it via IE7, it doesn't work properly, I have to use Firefox. Let me say that again: MSN ad center doesn't work properly in MSN's own broswer!

(maybe the people that created it don't use IE?)

As for the cost per click being higher than the max click, demand an explanation from them.

All of your clicks have been charged higher than the max CPC you wanted to pay. I would let them know about it via phone and ask for it back because this is fraud otherwise if they don't give it back. They are taking more of your money than they should.

And some people believe the Internet would be a better place if Microsoft bought Yahoo.

This is an example of why Microsoft should not be allowed to buy Yahoo.

Yes, I faced this problem too, I set all my key word below 1 dollars but it charged me some key words over 2 dollars. Adcenter is just a pain in the ass, but that was cool for me because I only paid 5 dollars activation fee to get 50 dollars coupon.
