First, my credit card was stolen and I had in cancelled. And I had my MSN account paid with this card. And of course, they tried to bill this card. So when I got my new card number, I updated the info on MSN but my account did not come back online. I called the phone support number was on hold, got through, and gave them the info and was placed back on hold. I then kept getting transferred to differnt people. After 45 minutes, the answer I got was that it would be six days before they would re-authorize my new card. They are horrible, it seems to take days to get anything done!! The bad thing is, I get good ROI on my MSN ads but it is such a bloody hassle to deal with them. Anyone else have bad experiences with this or am I just "LUCKY"?
well i have no troubles with msn adcenter support in fact i think there greAt ....after 35 mins you were transfered.....hmmmm never happend to me?....oh well better luck next time ........maybe you will get a "good rep"....then again maybe not.... google on the other hand are not so good and i here they do the seal hunt every year....even in the off season...... happy thoughts huh
I've talked to support three times, and each time was impressed by their courtesy and professionalism.
I have spoken with the representatives at the support center since they were in beta in October. I found that they were very polite, but did not answer most of my questions. However, lately when I have called they have been very courteous to my needs and answered more than my questions. They have been very helpful. You'll find that if you stick with it, eventually you'll find that it will get better. They almost know me by name now
