    Guys,
Look at this http://www.msfirefox.com . Fake information. The Google Ads "Download firefox 2" is pretty suitable :D .

Is it allowed by Adsense TOS?

Yes, I know that it's scam.
But my question is: is it against the TOS to put Adsense Code on such site?

Just would like to ask too, will Google drop such a site from its listing, since it is fraudulent?

If the site owner mention somewhere that it is just a fun site than I don't see they have any issues. No Adsense issues at all in that case.

The system requirements are hilarious ... "Microsoft Intellimouse or other Microsoft accessories, otherwise all links are disabled" LOL

Ya, I agree, if it actually said somewhere that it was a hoax/parody, they should be OK.

There's a difference between a scam and a parody... this site is a parody.

I know the owner of this site as he created an ebook cover for me. His site is a parody and he claims its covered under the parody laws...but I'm no lawyer

    HAHA...that site is farking hilarious!

I wonder how long it took the creator to finish...seems like a long while.

I'm also surprised MS hasn't sued him yet?

    funny nonetheless...

In some ways I'm surprised that he's not been sued, but if you think about it even if Microsoft won the fact that there was a court case would drive even more traffic to the site and if they lost it would be incredibly embarrassing. They probably think it's better just to accept the joke and ignore the site as much as possible.

ms can't sue... Parody and Satire is considered fair use unless they prove real damages (i.e. slander)

It like how weird al made 'White and Nerdy'. the beats are almost identical but it's a parody so copyright law is in his favor
