Buying MS Word Macro expert needed

    I need someone to create a macro in MS word which accepts 4 input values as soon as open the file and paste those values in several places inside the word.

    Example, Name, Address, DOB as inputs in a form as soon as open the file and paste the Name field in predetermined places within the document and also others.

    I will provide the document template for the succesful bidder.
