I have been having some problems with our contractors or I should say the people we have been hiring, so I have came up with a new solutions. Instead of me asking them how efficient they are with there work such as being on time, meeting dead lines, and other related areas I'm going to do a questionnaire with them. What is the best way to create a professional looking questionnaire should I do it through Microsoft Word or what? Or maybe there is somewhere I can download something that is pre-made to what I'm referring to?
