Is it worth me setting up something at Windows Live Spaces? I have a couple websites that I want to promote, and I'm wondering if I'll see any benefit from having one; any of traffic, backlinks or PageRank would be good. Observations so far: The whole domain has no PageRank at the moment. Cryo.
Windows Live Spaces is a decent portal with some loyal followers so I believe it will boil down to the quality of contents your site will provide and methods of directing them to targeted audience.
