    I have www.mrflipper.net for sale. It is a site that has info and e-books about real estate investing and it offers contracts and forms for sale for use in real estate such as a sales and purchase contract and leases.

    The sites content is partly unique and part of it came from a site I bought off of eBay. The forms came from another legal form site I used to own and I just took out the real estate contracts and used them.

    It is a newer site with little traffic but it has had some clicks on the google adsense. Made a few bucks!
