What is mrcashback.us?
It's a cashback shopping blog. Originally I started it so that I could promote the Mr. Rebates (mrrebates.com) cashback shopping site through it to get referrals for the Mr. Rebates referral system that I have been earning with since 2011. Every month Mr. Rebates sends me new payments to my PayPal account and now one lucky buyer can take over my account and get these payments for their selves.

What is Mr. Rebates (mrrebates.com)?
mrrebates.com is the best cashback shopping site that rewards you in "cash back" when you shop online through them instead. And they have a referral system where you can earn commissions on what your referrals spend when they shop online through them. I have been earning referral commissions with them since 2011.

Yes, but I have not actually promoted mrcashback.us much. I've added some posts but not really done any off-page SEO or link building. The search term "mr cashback" is actually a very popular casino game and there are many casino sites ranking high for that term. But the site can certainly rank for other terms and does indeed get organic traffic for various terms related to cashback shopping for things that are on the site.

So whats for sale exactly?
Firstly the domain and site mrcashback.us. And I am also selling my actual Mr. Rebates account. This means ALL and ANY future payments will go through to YOUR PayPal account. You can choose to "cash out" every month by choosing a PayPal payment. There is currently $58.61 in pending payments. So you'll get this and any future earnings. Sometimes you can earn up to $5 or more a day and this will go into "pending state" until its confirmed and then be added to the amount you can withdrawal. Check out the attached Mr.Rebates-Account-Summary jpeg. It shows everything, my daily earnings, pending and payment history. I've also attached screenshot of my PayPal payments and email notifications for extra proof.

Why are you selling this site?
I am looking to raise some funds to pay some bills and put towards new projects that I want to get off the ground. So no tire kickers or time wasters please. Buying this site and my Mr. Rebates account you WILL earn your money back and money for the rest of your life with it.

How is it monetized?
I have not monetized the site in any way other than adding my affiliate link to Mr. Rebates but I haven't really gotten any referrals with it as I have never promoted the site! If you promote this site somehow, (Adwords?) then you WILL get referrals with it that will earn you MORE money in the long run.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?
Yes sir, the site has a Twitter and a Facebook page. Account logins will be passed over to you after you purchase.

How much time does this site take to run?
Well I haven't spent hardly any time on the site at all. So it depends on how much time you want to spend on it. You could just leave it and earn residual payments from Mr. Rebates now, or you could work on the site adding posts about deals on Mr. Rebates or other cashback related news and promote it on social networks and money saving forums to all the frugal moms and penny savers out there. There's millions! This site would suit anyone already in the cashback niche in any way. Or anyone that just wants to buy a site they can earn their money back with and then some after for rest of their life.

What challenges are there with running this site?
Your challenge will be to just promote the site and get more referrals from it for your Mr. Rebates account. It's alright, there is no rush! Take your time and do it as a side-project. You'll still be earning money from the current Mr. Rebates referrals it has. Just check the daily earnings.

Firstly, since the domain has been advertised here @ DP. without any attempt at cloaking it what so ever, this totally neglects the interest of any prospective buyer.

(I am constantly amazed at the fact that Shawn and his minions are not able to grasp or may be do not care about this very simple but vital problem, from the point of view of a potential buyer!)

2.
Secondly, a .US domain, though important and useful, is not really a TLD.

Therefore if any of my clients are interested in this, I would have to use my client's own domain for such a site.

Would that work for you and would you be able to install the new domain and Logo etc to the site?

Also, would you help in getting the new site working well with the affiliate?

I'd prefer just to sell the site and keep my account as its a cash cow but it's included with the sale of this site as trying to raise some funds quickly.
