No, it will be sold at it's correct price.

If he is interested in a similar domain name, I have another one which he can have for slightly less.

Hey man, you are losing all credibility on this forum if you go somewhere else because of greed. It's called trial and error, my man. We have all been there. Sell this domain at the price that you agreed to and then go sell more domains with dignity and a reasonable starting and ending price. I know its a chitty loss but you'll GAIN more business practicing this way.

Just own up and do what's right.

    Jim

I have said this countless times:
Saying sorry means nothing if you make no effort to correct your mistake.
You still have the power to make the right decision -- the question is whether you have the will to.

What Jim said is true. You might gain a little here but you will experience greater loss in the future with such attitude. It is not too late; you can still do the right thing now. Think carefully.

Anyway, one anonymous person repped me (thanks!) and gave me a link to your Facebook profile with an advice to SEO this page so a Google search for your name will show this thread. Doing so is pointless I think.

I know you are a nice person (you even offered mr-bean.org as an alternative, which I like but I like mrbean.org better). Unfortunately I am not too fond of your attitude. I believe it is caused by greed; we all have some degree of greed but the trick is to stay within the boundaries.

IMO, your action/decision has crossed those boundaries.

    ---

This sales thread is getting longer than it should be.

    For the very last time:
    Is your decision final?

    I don't know.

He said he was going to develop the name, but... the WHOIS was last updated on January 2008.

Uh, I think it's his first time selling. In my past sales even though someone has bid higher after the end of auction, I still gave the domain to the one that offered before the deadline. I guess it's really money.

    I say, moderate your greed.

It's all about integrity I think.
We have a choice to stick to our words... or not.

Anyway, I think DP should have a rule against such practices.
The mods do not deal with disputes between members but this is simply a bad business practice, and not good for the DP forum.

Yeah, I think DP has gotten big and they would have to bring alot of people on to really get a crack down.
