I have the Tracker set up to track keywords on both of my Web sites for Google, Yahoo and MSN. It's showing results only for one of the sites, even though I keep selecting "All", and only for Google, again even though I keep selecting "All". I'm pretty sure that I have everything configured properly--it's not exactly a complicated process.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

I believe Fryman is onto something. You have to install the php script on your server.

did you upload the needed files to your server and configure everything? If not, you won't be able to check the other engines

I saved the script as KeywordTracker.php and installed it on my server, in the folder containing the files for my main site. The correct location is listed on my Preferences page.

Yahoo and MSN are in the drop-down box on the results page, along with Google and All. Selecting All gives me results only for Google. Selecting Yahoo or MSN gives me no results, but the fact that they're in the drop-down box seems to indicate that I have everything configured properly.

It's configured properly if the check-boxes are not disabled for Yahoo/MSN (when you add keywords).

The check-boxes are not disabled. I'm able to check them.

I added my keywords again for Yahoo and MSN. This time they took. I'm not sure what happened the first time, as I checked both Yahoo and MSN before adding the keywords, which I did in bulk.

    If at first you don't succeed . . . .
