please be wary of also buying the dashboard site as it has been sold to many of us members tonight..

That's a serious allegation. How about you post a well thought out and documented post detailing your concerns.

Yah what's funny is I asked him about buying the site. I didn't think it would be due to money reasons since he claimed the site makes $230/month and he only wanted $300??? Strange to me.

The first tip off this might not be legit is that he whited out a lot of the adsense stuff... that immediately threw up a red flag to me.

Anyways, I hope you get your money back... good luck. I almost fell for it myself!

Just so you know whiting out some of the stuff from the adsense revenue page is part of google terms of service and is a regular occurence for sellers.

However, selling a site making $230 a month for only $300 is DEFFINATLEY a tell tale sign... we all live and learn, remember iTrader is there for a reason, if in doubt, in ANY doubt, stay protected and use ESCROW.COM if your seller is serious they will not refuse. ;)

The user reserves the right of reply, and the right to put things right. So far we have only one side of the story.

However this one side of story is true:(

I was another DPer scammed by this "too good to be true" deal... Seller ignored me after sale was done and I wanted to clarify all things and transfer the site...

anyway, I already made a pp claim, so I hope I´ll get my money back;)

Good luck with getting paypal money back >.> They don't give it back unless they're literally forced to by a bank. But that's hard as heck to make it happen.

I totally agree with this... but how long do you wait without a reply, allthough silence is not an admission of guilt by itself, it does make you wonder why there has been no replies or defences given?
