Mr. Potato Head Drawing ($10 for Winner)

    Drawing Needed: Mr. Potato Head (Drawing) standing up with smiley face mouth shaped in the words "CITY" (uppercase or lowercase)...it'll more or less look like teeth. it should also have the STL logo posted below on the front of the hat.
    Prize Money: $10.
    Winner Determined by: MY opinion of the best drawing posted.
    General Job Description: 1st picture - i would like for it to be animated like this.
    2nd picture - but i'd like for him to be standing in this position.
    3rd picture - please add this STL logo on the hat.

    would anyone like to make an attempt at this? i'm not looking for a 100% perfect drawing, but enough to know that it really is a Mr. Potato Head.
