What you'd like to know? They are mostly on ASP. Most are custom coded.

they download itunes and they download limewire. They use itunes to get names of songs to put in there database and they use limewire to download the songs for "FREE" they call it there own database. Now people pay and buy albums and songs from them..and they pretty much see a return of 85 to 100% return. the site was probably custom coded but thats how some of them do it, if not all I would do it that way

pretty much..the site that you provided a link for is an affiliate site so they may have actually payed for those songs..but some non affiliate sites do do it illegally they figure there are some many bigger gateways of getting free music the feds wont even look at there site unless they have thousands of people visiting a day

what if we provide the songs directly on our website. Is that legal, as MP3 is not legal... what if we host our website to another country server, where that is legal......

If you host it some where where it is legal I don't think there would be a problem with it but you would need to include disclaimers on the site regarding users from other countries. I believe if you get away with that you would probably see more people selling drugs over the internet..

if you want do a simple mp3 download website and have your adsense on the site, you earn some money and make sure to regularly update your website so that people will keep on visiting your site

No it is not legal if you host off shore, yet live in the U.S.
You have to have citizenship in another country, not to be effected by U.S. laws.

Um...there are many ways to earn money online. Adsense is certainly not the road to riches.
No, by violating U.S. laws, you will just loose your green card.
I certainly wouldn't be messing around with the government and anything having to do with immigration right now.

Green Card holders are expected and required to follow the laws of the U.S , just like every other citizen and persons allowed to work in the U.S..
If you violate this trust, they will get you.
It has been that way for 100 years.
Hosting in another country does not absolve you of the law, and if anything it is proof that you not only understand, but knowingly looked to hide your deception.
