Selling MP3 search website + twitter + fb page, semi new

Hi;

I'm selling my recently started MP3 search engine. It was a project I was going to spend alot of time on, but I decided to focus on something else.

The website has a unique design, a twitter page with 100+ followers, a facebook fanpage. The website was made late last month and got 111 uniques that month, and 120 uniques so far this month.

There is no ad revenue hence there is not advertising on the website, but there's great potential.

The domain was recently listed in hundreds of directories and a whole lot of backlinks , but nothing has kicked in yet. If this website doesn't sell, I plan on keeping it and developing it more later on, on a slower pace.

Domain reg'd at namecheap.

i have two questions first of all do you host the music in your server? if yes how much space do the music occupy.
Second there is not any legal issue or copyright infringement that can arise from this website?

I would also like to know if you can "update" the site. So, does it have a spider or a database, and if so, can you update it with new links?

1. No. None of the music is hosted by me. Everything is done third party, and the script locates mp3 files on other servers in real time. So no disk space occupancy, and no legal issues.

It updates with new links in real time, when a search request is made, the script searches third party for Mp3 files to produce to the user.
