If there is copyrighted stuff available for download then I think you cannot put adsense on such sites.

 

is legal I know lot of websites using same script with adsense ads, any other opinion???

 

It may be against their TOS, im not sure, as its streaming, not offering downloads, im not sure regarding the law of that to be honest.

You may try CPM ads if the traffic is good.

You might still email them and ask directly, but in my opinion the answer would be "no".

 

Are you linking to copyrighted material? Then no you cannot use adsense on the site.
