The structure is good, but the background theme looks a bit boring, add some music-related pic, or at least change the colour from grey to a brighter one.

The logo is fine, but I'd make it larger in size

maybe when i'll have some banners in the right slider it will be more colorful

yes. i will put one or two.
but FIRST, to get some traffic, witch is hard to do

I like the design, I've got Adblock running though so I don't see any of the banners...probably a good thing!

Some notes, i do have twitter and facebook share options in the right sidebar.
It looks like the song you have embeded doesent work, maybe you could try another one.

I like the design on your review site.
I did found a problem in the contact us form :

The name, email fields etc have the facebook logo in them.

 

Design is so good. I like it.

prashantban , its in php..i dont exactly understand your question, it gets the *.mp3 files from there

 

yeah i understood its in php .. but wat am asking is wat concept you applied for dis... i am onto a similar project actually...
