mp3 ringtone website with Adsense ?

i want to make a website with mp3 ringtone download !
i cut the ringtone from the full song , and i will make a ringtone small than 20 seconds

and i will put adsense ads on this website !


will google ban me ? for this ? i have copyright to do that ?

I think you would have copyright issues. and if there are copyright issues, you risk the ban..

 

google will disable adsense from your site.

I have a entertainment forum
People comes and share mp3 or video download links in my music section of the forum. The links like rapidshare links and all
Is it okay to adsense on it???

Hi there Ipod. I own a site that links to video download sites and i got told that i can't use adsense on my site anymore. So this might answer your question.

I don't think so. But in anycase i will stick to music and movie reviews in my forum instead of sharing mp3's.
