mp3 + jpg =YouTube

Hi, I need a bit of help! I think this is the best place for getting help!
I made a script that converts an image with a mp3 an the resulting "movie" is uploaded on YouTube (in the user account)!
i want to know if I can sell the script? what price?
i need license and stuff? or?
I hope to get some answers!

Yea! i wish to show a demo but i don't have money to buy a domain with ffmpeg support!

 

if you are able to open it via localhost than it can be opened with your ip address too
