Yes or Windows full trust hosting. Favainhost has a VPS template for the software running this specific site so it's installed automatically, just need to transfer domain and it's running even on their budget VPS plan.

It just requires full trust Windows hosting such as winhost.com or a Windows VPS. I don't get anything out of recommending favianhost.com but they have the best price, tools, bandwidth and disk space offers for any Windows VPS I've come across recently. The guys over there were very helpful and created a VPS template for me.
